| I. Background | |
| EpCAM(Epithelial Cell Adhesion Molecule,上皮细胞粘附分子,CD326)是一种跨膜 糖蛋白,在细胞的信号传导、粘附、细胞增殖分化、器官形成和维持中起着重要作用。 EpCAM 基因在人胚胎期除了胸腺组织以外的几乎所有的上皮组织中表达。在正常成人组 织中,EpCAM 在胃肠道、生殖系统和呼吸道的各种组织中的简单、假复层和移行上皮细 胞的基底外侧面表达。EpCAM 发生功能缺失性突变会导致先天性簇绒性肠病,在病理条 件下,EpCAM 在起源于上皮细胞的癌症中特异性表达。此外,EpCAM 在肺癌、乳腺癌、 宫颈癌和胰腺癌等多种癌症中高表达。 | |
